Why Set Intentions?

Setting an intention is about giving ourselves a focus or a roadmap. Intentions are meant to tap into those areas that we often ignore out of discomfort and give attention to those parts of ourself that need nourished. For example "today I want to be more intentional with my time." We still might not be perfect with time management today, but we are more likely to pause in those moments of decision about how to manage our time rather than just reacting like we always do if we planted the seed in our mind with an intention. Consider setting an intention for yourself today toward an area you want to grow in. Not something you want to "change" or "fix" , but something you want to strengthen.
