Embrace the mind and body with this gentle somatic flow in which you will experience deeper connection to your entire self. Expect a 30 minute slow flow with somatic connections and movements built into the practice. Mindfulness and breath work will guide us as we move. This practice is a great supplement to healing body image or simply just improving your connection to self.

Body grief is the grief that comes with living in an ever-changing body. We can experience this form of grief all throughout life during time of expected body changes (puberty, adulthood, motherhood, menopause and aging) or during times unexpected changes (illness, disease, loss of function, trauma).
