Beyond the Binge

Beyond the Binge is a 2-hour experiential workshop designed to address binge eating through compassionate, sustainable self-care practices. This workshop offers a supportive, nonjudgmental space to explore the mind–body connection and develop tools that help regulate urges, reduce stress, and increase awareness around eating behaviors.

Participants will be guided through gentle yoga, meditation, breathwork, and mindfulness practices that support nervous system regulation, emotional awareness, and body attunement. Rather than focusing on control or restriction, Beyond the Binge emphasizes curiosity, self-compassion, and practical skills that can be integrated into daily life.

This workshop is appropriate for all experience levels and is intended to complement, not replace, professional eating disorder or mental health treatment.
