If you struggle to set limits and boundaries both with yourself and others, join us for this upcoming workshop. Vicki Ginder, LCSW, MSW, RYT will guide you through yoga, meditation, breath work, and somatic awareness to support nervous system regulation and will help to challenge those feelings of guilt when we say no or set healthy limits.
