This class is created to connect (or attach) mind and body while exploring your attachment style. The amazing piece about attachment is it is not fixed. You can heal your attachment style so that you can pursue and create healthy relationships moving forward.

Explore relationships and attachment through meditation, breath work and mindful somatic flow and movement (yoga). In part 1 we explore ANXIOUS AND AVOIDANT attachment styles. Be prepared with a journal and a yoga mat.
