I have been in the mental health field as a private practitioner for over 15 years. In 2020, I decided I needed to be able to offer more self-care options both to myself and to my clients. At that time, I reconnected to yoga and in 2021 decided to complete yoga teacher training. Since then, I have been integrating yoga into my mental health practice and mental health into my yoga practice. I truly believe wellness is about balancing out how we care for our entire self (puppies and trips to the ocean help too).
