Living with chronic pain or illness can often feel like a constant balancing act—between activity and rest, hope and frustration, pushing forward and honoring your limits. This workshop offers a compassionate space to explore ways of living fully, even when your body is facing ongoing challenges.
Together, we’ll learn practical mind-body tools to help support the nervous system, reduce stress, and cultivate greater resilience. Through gentle restorative yoga, calming breathwork, guided meditation, reflective journaling, and discussion, you’ll discover ways to work with your body rather than against it.
This workshop is not about eliminating pain or forcing positivity. Instead, it’s about creating space for self-compassion, finding a sustainable pace, reconnecting with what matters most, and learning how moments of joy, meaning, and peace can exist alongside difficult symptoms.
Participants will leave with practical strategies for pacing, nervous system regulation, stress management, and self-care that can be incorporated into daily life.
No yoga experience is necessary. All movement will be gentle, accessible, and adaptable to a variety of abilities and energy levels.
Come as you are and leave feeling supported, empowered, and equipped with tools to help you live more fully—one breath, one moment, and one choice at a time.
