This 2 hour experiential workshop is designed to connect mind and body while exploring your unique attachment style. One of the most empowering aspects of attachment is that it isn’t fixed—you can heal and reshape it to support healthier, more fulfilling relationships.
Join us for our upcoming workshop offered to gently support healing attachment patterns and creating a greater sense of inner safety. Through mindful movement, calming breath practices, and guided reflection you’ll build awareness around how to relate both to yourself and others from a place of security.
Participants will be guided through gentle restorative yoga, meditation, breathwork, and mindfulness practices that support nervous system regulation, emotional awareness, and relational attunement.
This workshop is appropriate for all experience levels. Spaces are limited.
