The Balanced Workshop
SAT NOV 21, 10:30 AM - 12 PM CST (SAT NOV 21, 11:30 AM - 1 PM EST)

90-Minute Workshop

The holiday season can be a beautiful time of connection, celebration, and joy—but it can also bring added expectations, endless to-do lists, and pressure to be everything to everyone. In the midst of caring for others, we can easily lose sight of our own needs and find ourselves overextended, overwhelmed, and out of balance.

Join us for a nourishing 90-minute yoga and meditation workshop designed to help you reconnect with yourself, cultivate balance, and move through the holiday season with greater intention and ease.

Through gentle, mindful yoga, we will explore physical balance, building stability, strength, and awareness while learning to embrace the natural ebb and flow of being steady and unsteady. Just as we find balance on the mat, we will explore what it means to create balance in our everyday lives.

This workshop will also invite you to examine the underlying beliefs and thought patterns that often lead us to overextend ourselves. Do you feel you have to say yes to everyone? Do you believe you must do it all, keep everyone happy, or earn your worth through how much you give? Together, we will gently challenge these faulty core beliefs and create space for more supportive perspectives rooted in self-worth, healthy boundaries, and self-compassion.

We'll weave together gentle yoga, guided reflection, and meditation to help you release the pressure to do it all and reconnect with what truly matters.

You will leave with:

  • Tools to cultivate greater physical, mental, and emotional balance.

  • A deeper awareness of the beliefs that contribute to overcommitting and overextending.

  • Practices for setting healthy boundaries and honoring your own needs.

  • A renewed sense of calm, clarity, and intention for navigating the holiday season.

Give yourself permission to pause, breathe, and reset. You don't have to do it all to make this season meaningful. Sometimes the greatest gift you can give yourself and others is a more balanced, present, and wholehearted you.

Come as you are. Leave feeling grounded, centered, and balanced.
