Embodied Yoga: Connect to Your Body (Released to Library)

Check out the library for our new Embodied class today. Embrace the mind and body with this gentle somatic flow in which you will experience deeper connection to your entire self. Expect a 30 minute slow flow with somatic connections and movements built into the practice. Mindfulness and breath work will guide us as we move. This practice is a great supplement to healing body image or simply just improving your connection to self.
