Embodied Yoga (Connect to Your Body)

Embrace the mind and body with this gentle somatic flow in which you will experience deeper connection to your entire self. Expect a 30 minute slow flow with somatic connections and movements built into the practice. Mindfulness and breath work will guide us as we move. This practice is a great supplement to healing body image or simply just improving your connection to self.
