Common Questions

Each workshop runs approximately 90 minutes — long enough to go deep, short enough to fit into a busy weekend. We start and end on time, always.
Absolutely not. Our workshops are designed to be accessible to everyone, whether this is your first wellness experience or you've been practicing for years. We meet you where you are.
We cap attendance at 10 participants intentionally. Smaller groups mean more personal attention, more honest conversation, and a space where you can actually be yourself — not just another face in the room.
Life happens. Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer your spot to someone on the waitlist. You can cancel directly from your confirmation email.
Each workshop topic is unique to that month, so they don't repeat exactly. However, we do revisit themes over time with fresh angles and new content — so there's always something valuable to come back for.
Each workshop stands completely on its own — no series commitment required. Come to one, come to all of them, or drop in whenever the topic speaks to you. There's no pressure and no package required.
